Global Secretarial was started, and is owned and managed by UK qualified solicitors. The service was therefore set up with solicitors’ interests as our primary focus. Unlike the majority of our competitors, we do not provide a “pool” service and none of our secretaries work from home – they all work in a managed office in Cape Town, South Africa. This means that the work that you send to us will only be typed by your dedicated secretary. All dictation/transcription can be sent through your existing digital dictation system or via our secure Data Transfer Software, which encompasses end-to-end 128-bit SSL encryption. We type for many UK law firms ranging in size from 5 to 150 fee earners and we are one of the few transcription companies in the UK that have more that one top 100 UK firms amongst their clients. We are also the only transcription company to be endorsed by the LAPG. References are available on request. |
