We provide transcription services for a number of NHS Hospitals, for whom we employ highly qualified medical secretaries with experience in each specialty required.

On average we reduce 6-8 week backlogs in clinic typing to 24 hours within 2 weeks of starting to type for a department and are able to work to a minimum of 98.5% accuracy within a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround. Our secretaries use the latest UK medical spell checking software on their computers and have a full database of UK medical terminology for each specialisation.

Dictation/transcription is sent and received via our bespoke software, which adheres to NHS standards of encryption. Patient confidentiality is protected by the fact that patient names are not sent to us.

We work with our clients to enable a seamless transmission of data and have a team of developers on hand to assist with any integration issues.

Our software is flexible in that it enables consultants to use any type of digital recorder.
